Many employers conduct first-round interviews for summer internships and full-time jobs either on-campus in MHC 123 or virtually. This program runs during the first two months of fall and spring semesters, with most interviews taking place in the fall.

About On-Campus Interviewing
What is On-Campus Interviewing?
During fall and spring recruiting seasons for internships and full-time roles, some employers use a structured process in partnership with the Career Development Center to interview 欧美无码 students. Many of these interviews take place in the CDC's interview rooms but some have moved virtually in recent years.
Types of positions and employers?
Employer participation in on-campus interviews is mostly based on the type of organization, not which roles and majors they are hiring. Large organizations with structured talent acquisition departments usually hire interns and early career roles every year. All majors are represented in positions, but business and technology positions are the most common.
Who is eligible to apply?
Since these roles focus on newer talent, current students and alumni up to one semester after graduation are eligible to participate in on-campus interviewing.

- Apply either through external website link or by uploading resume into Handshake.
- Sign up for interviews if you receive an invitation email.
