Catholic Studies: Telos Living Learning Community​
Telos (τέλος): Greek for "purpose," "end," or "goal."
In the Catholic Studies Telos LLC, we are interested in everything. We bring students from all academic fields together to form deep friendships, strengthen faith, and grow in character. And you don’t have to be a major or minor in Catholic Studies to live with us. The Telos LLC meets as many as five core academic requirements, no matter your major.

Sample LLC Events
While LLC events vary from year to year, here are some recent examples. Students are expected to attend at least four events or activities over the course of their fall semester to meet their learning community requirement.
- Dinner and Poetry Night in Sitzmann Hall with American Poet Jane Greer
- Faculty Spotlight Lunches in Dowling Hall
- Open Window Theatre Production, Followed by a Q&A with the Actors
- Movie Nights
- End-of-Semester LLC Dinner at Bucca Di Beppo’s
